Appointment and Cancellation Policy

We value your time and our clinicians’ time. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for all patients, the following appointment booking and cancellation terms apply.

1. Appointment Bookings

  • All appointments are to be booked via phone or email.
  • Please provide full contact details when scheduling.
  • Appointment confirmation reminders are sent via email or text 4 days prior to your scheduled appointment. Please confirm your attendance at least 48 hours before your appointment; otherwise, a cancellation fee will apply.
  • Unconfirmed or unpaid appointments may be released to other patients.

2. Cosmetic, Laser & Vein Appointments

Cosmetic and Vein Appointment Bond

  • All new patient appointments require a bond of $100 to secure the initial booking.
  • The bond payment link will be sent at the time of scheduling.
  • Your appointment will be confirmed once the bond payment is received.

Bond Application

  • The bond is held until your appointment and will be credited towards your appointment.
  • The bond will be fully forfeited if you cancel within 48 hours or fail to attend.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your booking at no charge.
  • If you cancel within 48 hours or do not attend, a $100 cancellation fee will apply.
  • If you have paid a bond to secure your appointment, this will be forfeited, to act as your cancellation fee.
  • This fee reflects the cost of unfilled appointment time and admin to refill the appointment if at all possible.
  • Repeated late cancellations may require future appointments to be prepaid.

Payment of Cancellation Fee

  • The $100 cancellation fee will be payable via a secure payment link after the missed or late-cancelled appointment.
  • The fee must be paid before future bookings can be confirmed.
  • Accepted payment methods include secure online link, or bank transfer with prior approval.

Late Arrivals

  • Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled, and the cancellation fee may still apply.

Discretion and Emergencies

  • We understand that unforeseen events can occur.
  • Exceptions for genuine emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis, at management’s discretion.

3. General Terms

  • Please give as much notice as possible if you need to change your booking as this allows another patient to be booked from our cancellation list.
  • Failure to follow the cancellation or bond terms may result in limited future bookings.
  • Management reserves the right to amend this policy as needed to maintain fairness and clinic efficiency.
