How Does Sunekos Work?
Sunekos rejuvenates the dermis (the inner layer of the two main layers of the skin) and protects it from ageing through the promotion of collagen and elastin development, promoting skin regeneration from the inside out. A fine needle or cannula is used and the process is relatively painless, and a topical anaesthetic can be applied beforehand for added comfort. A full course of Sunekos is typically three sessions to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Sunekos treatment effectively addresses dark eye circles, diminishes wrinkles, and adds volume to sagging skin and hollow facial areas. It also enhances hydration and skin texture in the treated areas.
What Are the Results of Sunekos Treatment?
Sunekos treatment reduces wrinkles and enhances hydration in both superficial and deep skin layers. Noticeable improvements can be seen after just one session, and continue with each treatment.

What Is the Difference Between Sunekos and Profhilo?
Sunekos and Profhilo® are both popular treatments designed to rejuvenate ageing skin by restoring its elasticity and firmness. Although they share similar benefits, they also have distinct differences.
Profhilo® is recommended for those showing early signs of skin ageing, particularly in the lower face and neck areas.
On the other hand, Sunekos is more appropriate for more advanced skin concerns like deep wrinkles, sun damage, and crepey skin.
While both options share similarities, a consultation with one of our experts will help you to determine the most suitable treatment for you.
Before Your Treatment
- On the day of your session, give your face a thorough cleanse and ensure it is free of makeup and products.
- In the four weeks leading up to your appointment please avoid waxing, bleaching, using depilatory creams or undergoing electrolysis or other hair removal treatments on the targeted areas.
After Your Treatment
- Refrain from intense exercise and prolonged sun exposure for at least 48 hours post-treatment or until any swelling has reduced.
- Do not apply make-up to the treated areas for 12 hours.
- Avoid firm rubbing or massaging the treated area for five days.

Sunekos 1200 is an implantable medical device that modifies the structure of mature skin, restoring volume, filling wrinkles and folds in the skin and in scar sites.
